Neuromatch is a new online-only conference that originally aimed at lowering conference carbon consumption and that is now aimed at providing stimulation and communication at a time of coronacanceling for the (in particular the systems and computational) neuroscience community. It features invited talks by outstanding scientists (including Penn’s Dani Bassett, Maria Geffen, Nicole Rust), contributed talks (deadline March 25th), a matching algorithm that facilitates meetings between scientists with similar interests, and a broad range of other activities. It aims to provide a positive environment for all interactions.
