“Academia from a Different Perspective: Researching Trends in Higher Education”
Ranjani Kirtane is currently the Director of Research at HelioCampus, an analytics company that empowers institutional effectiveness through benchmarking and decision support. As Director of Research, Ranjani is responsible for overseeing analyses and insights provided to members of the HelioCampus Benchmarking Consortium, as well as researching trends in higher education. Prior to her role at HelioCampus, she was the Director of Business Operations & Behavioral Science at a start-up called Knack. In this role, Ranjani worked with all of Knack’s customers and was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong customer relationships, and leveraging insights from customer feedback to improve Knack’s products. Ranjani has a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Neuroscience from Brown University.
